How To Order Gifts
The quickest & easiest way to order our
luxury gifts is securely online 
by Credit/Debit card via this website. We are renown for our
extremely quick & reliable delivery service on stock items.
Depending on the delivery service you choose
on checkout, your order should be with you between 1 to 4 days within
the UK (3 to 28 days outside of the UK depending on country &
delivery service).
We take credit card security very seriously.
When ordering via the internet your transaction is sent using SSL
secure server technology for high security purposes. No card details
are viewed at anytime. We are fully compliant with the current PCI
Data Security Standards and utilise 'Verified By Visa' &
'Mastercard Securecode' for transactions.
Ordering gifts is easy, simply follow these
5 steps :
1. Browse
our online gift gallery and click on the item/s you are interested in
to see more details. Once you have chosen a gift to purchase, scroll
down to the bottom of that particular item page and you will see a
selection menu where depending on the item, you can make certain
choices (select tune, add gift wrap, personal message etc.) Select
the necessary choices and simply click the "add to basket" button.
2. If you
wish to purchase more items, or keep browsing, click the 'continue
shopping' button on the shopping basket page.
3. Once
you've added all the items you'd like to purchase, select a delivery
choice from the menu and then proceed to the checkout page by
clicking on the 'Order These Items' button, then fill in the required
information on the next pages. If you need to go back to the basket
page, or want to keep shopping, simply click on the links provided at
the top of the checkout page.
4. Once you
have completed your order you will be sent a confirmation email to
say we have received your order and it will be processed soon. Your
credit/debit card will only be charged once the goods are ready to send.
5. Once we
receive your order, usual stock items are normally delivered
within 1 to 4
days within the UK (3 to 28 days outside of the UK depending on
country & delivery service). We will send you another email to
let you know once your order has been despatched with the delivery
& tracking information. For out of stock or special order items
we will email to let you know our earliest delivery time.
